What We Do…

We provide Leadership coaching for your organization’s employees as part of their development process.  Whether on issues of Presence, Presentation, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership skills development, Heightening Promotability, Leading Others…  we have provided support and direction to help employees break through and move forward.

Additionally, working with individuals outside of the Organization, we often provide Job search coaching.

We work with Organizations to develop programs providing customized learning solutions. As the authors of the programs we deliver we have the flexibility to modify programs to ensure they are fully integrated with your corporate philosophies and messages.  Some of the recent training we have provided include:

Bragging Rights: Focused on helping participants become more adept at promoting themselves within the workplace.

Understanding Style Differences: These programs were designed to assist individuals in gaining insight into their preferences for how they interact, work and associate with others and for work groups to learn how to increase team effectiveness and cohesiveness.

Personality-based Persuasion: This program takes the more ‘traditional’ Influence training a step further by introducing the concept of Personality. By learning about personality, and what styles are more effective and when, participants come to understand when their natural style will be effective and with whom.

Body Language: Understanding the elements of voice and body help us become better and more effective communicators.  Whether looking to improve salesmanship, deliver more compelling speeches and presentations or enhancing your day-to-day communications, understanding and refining your body language will serve to strengthen not only the delivery of your messages but the actual messages received by your audience.

Executive Presence: This program is designed not only to share information and insight into the fundamental components of Leadership and Executive Presence, but to give participants specific and personal feedback about their personal presentation and to provide them with strategies for strengthening and refining their image.

Prevue Assessment: We use this assessment exclusively because of its ease in building an understanding of Personality and because of its breadth of application.  From recruitment, through training applications to even succession planning we have used Prevue to help our clients gain the insights and understanding needed to move forward in their processes – whether it is to make more successful hires, promote better internally, enhance their training and learning systems, improve the mentoring and coaching process, or strengthen the effectiveness and success of their teams.
